The team at Red Rose Support Services brings a strong mix of practical experience and formal qualifications. Our backgrounds include support work, case management, recovery coaching, and nursing. We hold qualifications ranging from Cert III through to diplomas and bachelor’s degrees, along with AHPRA registration.
Every team member is up to date with first aid, CPR, and has a fully insured vehicle. We’ve worked across a wide range of support needs, including complex cases and mental health, and we bring that knowledge into every day we work. When we say we’re experienced — we mean it.
We take a flexible, personalised approach to support. At Red Rose Support Services, you’ll work with a small team who take the time to understand what works for you, not just once, but as things change over time.
We can support you at home, out in the community, or through outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, fishing, or mountain biking if that’s something you enjoy. You won’t have to explain things over and over, and you’ll always know who’s coming to support you. Our focus is on consistency, trust, and support that feels comfortable and natural.
